Return & Refund Policy
All items are non-refundable:
We are a small hand made shop, each item in our shop is made to order by us. With that in mind we do not offer returns and exchanges.
We do not accept any cancellations:
Please plan accordingly with your trip as we cannot accept any cancellations once the order is placed no matter what the reason.
Wrong or deffected item received:
If we made a mistake, we apologize and we will work diligently with you to get the correct product to you as soon as possible. Please do not wear or wash the incorrect or damaged item, we will ask you to ship the item back with a pre-paid label we will provide.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Lost or delayed package:
We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they dropped off in the mail. Once shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. All shipping information is to our best knowledge and according to the information available from the USPS website. We cannot guarantee it.
If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please open a case for missing mail at https://missingmail.usps.com/
