Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business and the fact that all items are made to order, we have certain policies in place regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.
Refunds:
As all of our products are made to order and personalized according to your preferences, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange. We will gladly replace the defective item with a new one at no additional cost to you.
Returns:
Given the bespoke nature of our handmade products, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than product defects. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure all details are correct. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please don't hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order.
Cancellation:
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production queue. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes to orders once they have been submitted. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we strive to maintain efficiency and quality in our handmade creations.
Exchange Policy for Defective Items:
We firmly stand behind our products. We will replace your item if it falls into one of these categories:
- The item has a manufacturing problem:
- The item was the incorrect size/color/design
To complete your exchange, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the defect or damage in order to process your exchange request. Once confirmed, we will promptly ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, or exchanges due to sizing issues, change of plans, the postal service, or not reading processing times or listing descriptions prior to purchase.
Lost or delayed package:
We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they dropped off in the mail. Once shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. All shipping information is to our best knowledge and according to the information available from the USPS website. We cannot guarantee it.
