We are a small family owned business running by 2 people, all items in our shop are handmade-to-order by us in our home-studio in Orlando, FL what makes them extra magical! :)
Due to the custom nature of our handmade-to-order process we can only accept a certain amount of orders per week, this is why we have only 3-4 shop openings each month.
Our shop openings are usually take place on Monday's at 12 pm est, but we may change the date & time.
You can always find next shop opening info on our Instagram or coundown bar on every page of this site.
Our current TAT is always listed in the bar at the top of every page.
During the week our site will remain open but a checkout page will be disabled since we're not able to accept any order while we are busy fulfilling orders.
Once the shop opens you can make a purchase, but please be aware that once we hit our maximum amount of orders, the checkout process will be closed again.

Please allow 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday) processing. This DOES NOT include shipping time.
If you select the fastes shipping option at checkout it still takes us 5-7 working days to print your order. Please plan accordingly with your trip as we cannot accept any cancellations once the order is placed no matter what the reason.
Since each and every single item is made to order, they are not refundable.

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG, CAN IT BE CHANGED?
Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change it once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
LOST AND DELAYED PACKAGES:
We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed or stolen packages once they dropped off in the mail. Once shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. All shipping information is to our best knowledge and according to the information available from the USPS website. We cannot guarantee it.
If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they didn't receive it by mistake. Then feel free to fail a claim for missing mail at https://missingmail.usps.com/
