WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We are small hand made shop running by 2 people, each item in our shop is made to order by us. We work hard to make you happy and to ship your items as soon as possible!
We want you to be able to select the perfect color, size and designs, so your items will be printed after you order them.
Please allow 5 business days (Monday-Friday) processing. This DOES NOT include shipping time.
If you select the fastes shipping time at checkout it still takes us 5 business days to print your order. Please plan accordingly with your trip as we cannot accept any cancellations once the order is placed no matter what the reason.
All orders are shipped from our home studio in Orlando, FL with USPS.
Since each and every single item is made to order, they are not refundable. We do not offer cancelation, refunds or product exchange.

First class - delivers within 3-5 business days (estimate)
Priority Mail - delivers within 2-3 business days (estimate)
Priority Express - 1-2 days.
First Class Internationsl - 7-21 business days*
First Class Priority - 6-10 business days*
International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONATIONALLY?
At this time out web site only operates and ships across the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping, taxes, and discounts will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are unique for each order. They depend on where the product is being shipped to and the weight of the product you are ordering, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.
I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG, CAN IT BE CHANGED?
Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change it once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
LOST AND DELAYED PACKAGES:
We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed or stolen packages once they dropped off in the mail. Once shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. All shipping information is to our best knowledge and according to the information available from the USPS website. We cannot guarantee it.
If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they didn't receive it by mistake. Then feel free to fail a claim for missing mail at https://missingmail.usps.com/
