WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We are a small hand made shop, each item in our shop is made to order by us. And there are only two of us, who work hard to make you happy.
We want you to be able to select the perfect color, size and designs, so your items will be printed after you order them.
Please allow 5 business days (Monday-Friday) processing. This does not include shipping time.
If you select the fastes shipping time at checkout it still takes us 5 bdays to print your order.
All orders are shipped from our home studio in Orlando, FL with USPS.
Since each and every single item is made to order, they are not refundable. We do not offer cancelation or product exchange.

Please be advised that free shipping offer is for Standard 3-5 delivery. If you need your order sooner, make sure to select a Priority mail or Priority Express shipping.
Shipping, taxes, and discounts will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are unique for each order. They depend on where the product is being shipped to and the weight of the product you are ordering, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.
I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG, CAN IT BE CHANGED?
Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change it once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?
Once shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. We will provide the package tracking, but we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call USPS and open a case for missing mail.
We will do our best to reship your product asap and with discounted price if you decide to reorder, just Contact us.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they leave our shop. Once shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. All shipping information is to our best knowledge and according to the information available from the USPS website. We cannot guarantee it.
