TURN-AROUND TIME OLD

The FMLY shop is a small family-owned business running by 2 people, all items in our shop are handprinted-to-order by us in our home-studio in Orlando, FL what makes them extra magical! :)

We print all shirts based on your custom selections so please allow 5-10 working days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be designed and shipped out.

This DOES NOT include shipping time. 

If you select the fastest shipping option at checkout it still takes us 5-10 working days to print your order. Please plan accordingly with your trip as we cannot accept any cancellations once the order is placed no matter what the reason.

We absolutely love restocking and releasing new items every Friday at 2 pm EST, giving you three full days to shop to your heart's content! Our usual process is to order supplies on Monday and printing on Friday and Saturday, ensuring the fastest possible delivery for you.

If you place an order on a weekend, we'll ship it out the following weekend. If you place an order on a weekday - we'll ship it out the next weekend .

Items marked as *RTS (READY TO SHIP) will be sent out within 1-3 working days. However, if you also order a made-to-order item together with an RTS item, our standard processing time of 5-10 working days will apply to the entire order. Please note that we are unable to split orders in this case. If you wish to receive your RTS item sooner, you'll need to place a separate order for it.

Since each and every single item is made to order, they are not refundable.

We do not offer cancelation, refunds or product exchange.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

• First class - delivers within 3-5 business days (estimate)
• Priority Mail - delivers within 2-3 business days (estimate)
• Priority Express - 1-2 days.

CANADA:

• First Class International - 7-21 business days*
• First Class Priority - 6-10 business days*

International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur.

RESORT DELIVERY

If you are traveling to Orlando, we offer the option to ship your order to a WDW resort. Priority Mail shipping within the city typically takes only one day. However, please note that some resorts may charge a small fee for this service, so be sure to check with your resort. When providing your address, please include the following information:

• Resort name and address
• Guest name (as stated in your reservation)
• Guest arrival date

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time out web site only operates and ships across the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping, taxes, and discounts will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are unique for each order. They depend on where the product is being shipped to and the weight of the product you are ordering, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG; CAN IT BE CHANGED?

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours, we can change it once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.

LOST AND DELAYED PACKAGES:

We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed or stolen packages once they dropped off in the mail. Once shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. All shipping information is to our best knowledge and according to the information available from the USPS website. We cannot guarantee it.

If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they didn't receive it by mistake. Then feel free to fail a claim for missing mail at https://missingmail.usps.com/
