Wholesale Application: Become a Retail Partner with THE FMLY SHOP

Thank you for your interest in becoming a retail partner with THE FMLY SHOP, where we offer a diverse and stylish collection of high-quality t-shirts. We are excited to collaborate with like-minded businesses to bring our products to a broader audience. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please carefully review and complete the following wholesale application.

Wholesale Account Application Process:

To apply for a wholesale account with us, kindly fill out the form provided below. As part of the acceptance process, we will explore your business's website and social media presence.

Approved Accounts:

Once your application is approved, you will be assigned a dedicated sales representative. An email containing your unique wholesale code for the www.thefmlyshop.com website will be sent to you. Please note that your application's approval is tentative until an opening sales order is placed.

Minimum Order Requirements:

New customers must meet an opening order of $350. There is a $200 minimum re-order requirement if subsequent orders are placed within a three-month time frame from your previous purchase. In case no orders are placed within three months, the account will be marked as inactive. However, this doesn't mean you cannot carry THE FMLY SHOP products again; you are always welcome to re-apply.

Re-orders:

Once approved as a wholesaler, re-orders can easily be placed online at www.thefmlyshop.com website using your unique wholesaler code. The minimum reorder amount is $200.

Website Requirements:

All retailers carrying THE FMLY SHOP products are required to have an online store. We do not allow our products to be sold on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, etc.

Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP):

Please kindly respect our pricing and maintain a 2-2.5% mark-up on our products. Failure to honor this pricing requirement will result in the account being marked as inactive.

Reselling:

THE FMLY SHOP products cannot be featured or sold at any trunk shows, trade shows, or similar events without prior approval.

Approved Account Requirements:

• Our products cannot be listed on any third-party marketplaces.

• All retailers carrying THE FMLY SHOP products are required to have an online store.

• It is crucial to adhere to the 2-2.5% mark-up requirement for our products.
